1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PureVault Cleaning Services website located at www.purevault.company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PureVault Cleaning Services, a professional cleaning company serving Rizal, Philippines and surrounding areas.
If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website immediately. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description and Coverage Areas
PureVault Cleaning Services provides comprehensive residential and commercial cleaning solutions throughout the Philippines, with primary service coverage in Rizal province and nearby Metro Manila areas. Our eco-friendly cleaning services include regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, move-in/move-out cleaning, office maintenance, and specialized sanitation services.
We operate Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Our team of trained professionals uses environmentally safe products and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver exceptional cleaning results while protecting your family's health and our environment.
Service areas include but are not limited to: Tanay, Baras, Pililla, Jalajala, Rodriguez, Antipolo, Cainta, Taytay, and other areas within Rizal province and Metro Manila vicinity.
3. Booking and Scheduling Terms
All cleaning services must be booked through our official channels including our website booking system, phone at +63 2 426 0233, or email at [email protected]. We require at least 24 hours advance notice for regular services and 48 hours for deep cleaning or specialized services.
Cancellation policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Our professional team arrives punctually within the agreed time window. We ask that clients ensure access to the property and provide clear instructions for areas requiring special attention.
4. Payment Terms and Pricing
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfers, GCash, PayMaya, and major credit cards. All pricing is listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and includes applicable taxes.
Our transparent pricing structure is available on our Services page. Recurring clients receive preferential rates and service discounts. Monthly payment plans are available for commercial accounts and large residential properties.
Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original booking, excessive cleaning required beyond standard maintenance, or areas requiring specialized equipment or products. All additional charges will be communicated and approved before service completion.

6. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings before our cleaning team arrives. While our team is trained and insured, we cannot be held liable for damage to items not properly secured or stored away from cleaning areas.
Please ensure that someone is present during scheduled cleaning times to provide access, answer questions, and conduct final walkthroughs. Our team requires access to all areas to be cleaned and may need information about special care requirements for certain surfaces or materials.
Clients should inform us in advance about pets, allergies, or any specific health considerations that may affect our service delivery. We respect your privacy and will treat your property with the utmost care and professionalism.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

Any personal data collected during the booking process, including contact information, property details, and service preferences, is used solely for providing our cleaning services and communicating important service updates.
